Michael Moore founded The Moore Group in 1989 after leaving a successful career operating a group of small businesses. The Moore Group entered into a successful relationship with Harper Bond, Inc. - a commercial real estate sales company. While with Harper Bond, Mr. Moore sold numerous and various types of large and small businesses with and without real estate throughout the State of Washington. Mr. Moore also won several awards from 1994 to 1999 throughout his tenure with Harper Bond and was the company's top commercial sales agent in 1998 and 1999.

 

In late 1999, Coldwell Banker Bain bought Harper Bond, Inc., which at that time was one of the largest successful independent commercial real estate firms in our area. Since the purchase, the Moore Group has worked successfully in association with Coldwell Banker Bain Commercial out of the Bellevue location. Mr. Moore has been the top commercial agent for Coldwell Banker Bain Commercial each year from the transition to the present.
